Oysters are basically molluscs which grow in ocean. Oysters are rich in a number of Vitamins like B1, B2, B3, C and D. They are also very good sources of minerals such as copper, calcium, iron, iodine, manganese, magnesium, zinc and phosphorous. There are many ways of eating Oysters. You can roast them, steam them, fry them, bake them, boil them, marinate them or even stew them. It is better not to eat them raw. Ancient romans considered oysters as very good aphrodisiacs. Deficiency of zinc can cause impotency in men and oysters are excellent sources of zinc.
